Family Planning
The Family Planning program offers women support with:
- Planning when to have children.
- Reducing unintended pregnancies.
- Determining effective birth control methods.
Services include:
- Family planning counseling and education
- Preconception counseling
- Birth control supplies
- Pregnancy testing
- Emergency contraception (known as “Plan B”)
- Physical exams
- Pap tests (if needed)
- Clinical breast exams
- Testing for sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
- HIV counseling and testing
The cost of services is on a sliding fee scale based on income and family size. There is no cost for clients ages 19 and under. We accept Medicaid and most insurance plans.
Appointments are preferred. Walk-ins are welcome.
Free Condoms
At health centers and the community:
- We offer free condoms at our health centers. Just look for the cardboard bin in the lobby.

Free Condom Kits by Mail
We mail free, discreetly packaged kits containing condoms of mixed sizes, a tube of lubricant and dental dams.
To receive a kit, you must:
- Live in DeKalb County
- Provide a street address (No P.O. boxes please.)
