Serves

• Pregnant women and moms with infants less than 1 year old to foster a healthy pregnancy and first year of life

Services

• Providing a “Resource Mom” who offers social support and makes referrals to community resources
• Providing education on topics such as healthy eating, breastfeeding, parenting, and infant safety
