- Providing supplemental nutritious foods
- Offering nutrition education and counseling
- Promoting and supporting breastfeeding
- Making referrals to other services

Hours at All Locations
Office hours: 8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Voucher issuance hours: Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
All services are by appointment only.
Eligibility
- Must be a Georgia resident (but do not have to be a U.S. citizen)
- Must have a:
- Nutritional risk such as a medical- or diet-related condition
- Household income that meets WIC guidelines:

- Bring to your appointment:
- Each family member who is applying
- Proof of household income (before taxes and deductions are taken out): salaries, child support, alimony, foster care payments, and unemployment payments
or
Medicaid, Temporary Aid for Needy Families, or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (called “SNAP” or “Food Stamps”) card or letter - Proof of residence with name and street address: driver’s license, utility bill or bank statement
- Proof of identity for each infant and child who’s applying: birth certificate, hospital record or crib card, or Social Security card
- Immunization record for each infant and child
