Medical Reserve Corps
The Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) is a team of volunteers who:
- Assist in emergency response
- Build community resilience
- Strengthen public health efforts
MRC members:
- Support public health staff and first responders in emergencies
- Help during community events, like vaccination clinics
Duties can include:
- Setting up sites
- Greeting, registering and directing the public at community events and distribution sites
- Distributing supplies
Becoming an MRC member is a great way to:
- Serve your community
- Gain new skills
- Learn about local agencies and their services
- Connect with others with a shared interest
The MRC welcomes:
- Community members
- Public health workers
- Practicing and retired medical professionals
- Individuals ages 17 and over
