Cost may be covered by insurance. Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia, Cigna, Medicaid,
Medicare Part B, PeachCare for Kids, State Health Benefit Plan (excluding Kaiser Permanente), and UnitedHealthcare are accepted.
If you have insurance, bring your insurance card and a photo ID. Vaccines are available at no cost with most private insurance, Medicaid and Medicare. If you are not insured or your plan doesn’t fully cover the cost, it’s available for a low cost.
