Residents Encouraged to Contact Local Urgent Care and Retail Pharmacies
DECATUR, Ga. — The DeKalb County Board of Public Health announced today that county COVID-19 testing sites will be closed from July 3-5. Residents are encouraged to contact local urgent care locations and retail pharmacies during this time for testing.
The following sites list multiple locations in DeKalb County that offer COVID-19 testing:

“Though DeKalb Board of Health sites will be closed for testing Friday and Saturday, we’ll be at full capacity to test the public beginning Monday morning,” said Dr. S. Elizabeth Ford, district health director. “We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this closure, and encourage citizens that need testing on Friday or Saturday to contact local urgent care locations and retail pharmacies.” During the month of June, staff of the Dekalb County Board of Health completed more than 14,400 COVID-19 tests in six locations around the county.
