An administration fee may be applied for Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance. You will not receive a bill from the DeKalb County Board of Health or your insurance company for the administration fee. Not having insurance will not prevent you from getting the COVID-19 vaccine.

An adult must accompany children 6 months – 17 years old to get a vaccine. If the adult present is not the parent or legal guardian, the parent or legal guardian must complete a consent form, and the adult must bring it to the appointment.
