Depending on which service(s) you receive, we will inform you of your cost either upon arrival or at the end of your visit. We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards.

We participate in some plans from these insurers: Aetna, Anthem – Blue Cross/Blue Shield, CareSource, Care Improvement Plus, Cigna, Coventry Healthcare, Medicaid, Multi-Plan, Peach State, United Healthcare, and WellCare. Ask your insurer whether your visit will be covered.

Note: We accept traditional Medicare Part B, Railroad Medicare, and some Humana plans for some immunizations.
